Wayne and Anne,

First let me start by saying "Thank You" for everything. Camp JD was very accomodating to my needs while I was in and out of camp. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful on my quest to shoot a nice bear. This year's (2008) fall bear hunt will be one I will never forget. I am a huge deer hunter from Pasadena, MD and I have to tell you that was as exciting as shooting my first deer (8 pointer). From the time I first walked in the woods until the evening I shot my 250lb black bear with my bow. I found that your guides Mark and Tom were very helpful in educating me on Black Bear hunting. This year was my first year doing this and I willllllllllll be back. I could not wait to get home and show everyone the video and pictures of my bear from Camp JD. I have traveled to a lot of places and I will have to say it was probally one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited/hunted. It was very affordable and worth every penny!!!!!! Hope to see you guys next year.

do you have any pictures of our son Larry Lenzi and the bear he shot at your camp on Tuesday the 20th of August. It is a 370 pound black bear with a red collar around its neck.
If so could you send it to us at Lenzi@comcast.net

Hi my 2 brothers are up there Larry and jeff lenzi. I wish I was there I hope that I can get there next year. I am so glad to hear my brother larry has gotten a bear he has been trying for 15 years now. Now hopefully you can get my brother jeff one because he has been trying for a long time also. I let my brother where my goodluck chain. It was my grandfathers he gave it to me before he died and I wear that hunting everywhere. now jeff got it on hope he can bang a bruiser like larry did. Well I hope to see yens next year good luck and happy hunting.
Thanks Shaun Lenzi

Hi there,

My husband and I, rented a cottage at Camp JD, last summer for a week, I just wanted to leave a quick note to let everyone know that we have never meet two people (Wayne & Anne) more accommodating and pleasant. Our stay at Camp JD was great! They went out of there way, for anything & everything we could of wanted.
I just wanted to say thank you for the great time guys!
We will definitely see you again this summer!
Till then,
Catherine & Sean
